Description
The Hallaca is a cake made with corn dough, flavored with chicken broth and colored with annatto, It is filled with exquisite and unique beef stew, pork, chicken or hen, olives, raisins, capers, onion and paprika. It is wrapped in banana leaves and tied with a wick finally rectangular shape, before being boiled and cooked in water.
